Bookings are confirmed when confirmation email is received from us. Subject to approval & availability including class sizes and weekly availability. 

Sessions and use will be subject to class recommencement as per Paint & Chill timetable. 

Valid for the number of people stipulated on the Gift Voucher only.

Validity: Up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

FAQ

How much does a Paint & Chill session cost? 

Our regular Paint & Chill sessions cost $55 per person or $110 for 2 persons. 

Prices may vary for different events. 

What is included in the price? 

The price includes one complimentary drink (house wine, house beer or non-alcoholic beverage), all painting materials which includes our artist's demo to guide you with step-by-step instructions to create your very own masterpiece to take home and all the setup and clean up before and after the event. 

What time shall I arrive? 

Our Friday sessions start at 6pm, Saturday sessions start at 3pm and Sunday sessions start at 3.30pm. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in, wined and seated. 

Can I only paint the night’s featured painting? 

Not necessarily. Even though our artist will guide you through the steps, we encourage you to be different and creative in your artwork as well. 

What should I wear? 

Although we provide aprons, we recommend you wear something that won’t be ruined if you splash a little paint on it. 

Can I purchase food and beverage at the venue? 

Yes. 

The Vie Lounge & Eatery venue is a fully licensed restaurant (no BYO).

Bookings are essential (email: nzpaintnchill@gmail.com & quote your Ticket Order# with your preferred date and time). 

Bookings are confirmed when confirmation email is received from us. Subject to availability including class sizes and weekly availability. Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry with the printed or digital version. You can find all the details about this event on our website. 

Refund and/or reschedule policy:

*Our NO Refund & Reschedule Policy

*All tickets purchase are non refundable. There will be no refund for any cancellation (Including cancellations due to Covid-19 alert level changes), No Call & No Show up. In the event of any COVID-19 alert level changes, no refund will be made but all purchased tickets will be automatically valid for further extension for a reschedule event. You can reschedule your booking once only by giving us 72 hours in advance. Otherwise your tickets are deemed forfeited. A reschedule fee of $10 will apply per ticket. 

You must submit your reschedule request via email to nzpaintnchill@gmail.com and Subject to approval. 

Paint & Chill reserves the right to make changes, modify, cancel and limit any classes at any time without prior notice.

Due to the table setting, we can't guarantee that a group is sitting together at the same table.

This is a social event where you are encouraged to mingle and interact with other participants.

By purchasing the ticket, you're agreeing to give us the consent to take photos throughout the event and posted on our social media page and all other sales & prmotion platforms for our marketing purposes.

Kindly inform us if you don't want your photos to be taken during the event.

Copyrighted Featured Paintings:  All our featured paintings and displays are copyrighted and owned by us and to use solely on our event premises and must not be reproduced without a written consent from us.
