How much does a Paint & Chill session cost?
The regular ticket is $55 per person.
Double ticket is $110 for 2 persons.

What is included in the price?
The price includes one complimentary drink from the selection of house wine, house beer, or non-alcoholic beverage (some gift vouchers may not include drinks), all painting materials are provided and also artist's demo to guide you with step-by-step instructions to create your very own masterpiece to take home.
How regular and long are the sessions?
Vie Lounge & Eatery:
Friday: 6pm – 7.30pm
Saturday: 3pm – 4.30pm

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in, grab your beverage and seating.
Can I only paint the event’s featured painting?
Not necessarily. Even though our artist will guide you through the steps, we encourage you to be different and creative in your artwork as well!
What should I wear?
Although we provide aprons, we recommend you wear something that won’t be ruined if you splash a little paint on it.
Is there any age restriction for attendance?
Yes. All attendees must be age 18 and above as most of our venues are fully licensed with alcoholic beverages available and we will need to check the ID for the legal age for any alcohol consumption.
However, we are a child-friendly event, any attendees below the age of 18 can also attend BUT they MUST be accompanied by their parent/parents or a legal guardian.
Can I purchase food and beverage at the venue?
At Vie Lounge & Eatery @ Auckland City Hotel: Yes.
The Vie Lounge & Eatery venue is a fully licensed restaurant (no BYO).
At The Bee Keeper's Wife @ Riverhead: Yes.
The Bee Keeper's Wife @ Riverhead venue is a fully licensed restaurant (no BYO).
At Nomad @Point Chevalier: Yes.
Nomad @ Point Chevalier venue is a fully licensed restaurant (no BYO).
At Long Bay Surf Club @North Shore Long Bay: Yes.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
Copyrighted Featured Paintings:
All our featured paintings and displays are copyrighted and owned by us and are to use solely on our event premises and must not be reproduced without written consent from us.
Paint n Chill reserves the right to make changes, modify, cancel and limit any classes at any time without prior notice.
Refund and Reschedule policy:
All tickets sold are non refundable. There will be no refund on any cancellations, including cancellations by the operators and due to Covid-19 alert level changes and any No Show (not turning up)at the event.
In the event of any cancellations made by operators or due to COVID-19 alert level changes, no refund will be made but all purchased tickets will be automatically valid for further extension for a rescheduled event.
You can reschedule your booking once only by giving us 72 hours notice in advance, otherwise your tickets are deemed forfeited.
You must submit your reschedule request via email: nzpaintnchill@gmail.com and subject to approval.
Due to the table setting, we can't guarantee that a group is sitting together at the same table.
This is a social event where you are encouraged to mingle and interact with other participants.
Please inform us via email(nzpaintnchill@gmail.com) at least 24 hours prior to the event if you have any other group/friends under different booking names(only if applicable) that will be joining you/your group and we shall try our best to arrange all to be seated together.
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in, wined and seated.
Photos are taken throughout the event and posted on our social media pages:
By purchasing the ticket, you're agreeing to give us the consent to take photos throughout the event and for them to be posted on our social media pages and all other sales & promotion platforms for our marketing purposes.
Kindly inform us if you do not want your photos to be taken during the event.
